摘 要:近年来,客户满意度越来越受到企业的重视,企业的核心业务也在于服务客户,因此客户满意度在很大程度上决定了企业效益的好坏。现在不管是个人还是单位都很重视身体健康,很多医院都成立了体检中心,它具备盈利性质,所以它的客户关系管理变得非常重要。本文首先通过分析企业客户关系管理概念,并结合医院体检中心客户关系管理,以淮安市第一人民医院为例从全员营销战略、竞争战略、信息化战略、关键客户战略等方面阐述了医院体检中心客户关系管理战略。并探讨了市一院体检中心在进行客户关系管理中可能出现的问题,最终提出解决问题的意见,帮助市一院体检中心提高客户满意度。93020
