摘  要：服务型政府的建设是基于当前城市化发展进程之中所产生的，基于理论层面来看，在社会飞速发展的今天，公众作为社会活动的主动参与者，其对于社会发展的需求会表现出一种强烈的渴望。而政府在进行正常行政工作的过程中，其必须以公共行政服务为主要的发展导向，并努力构建起服务型政府，从而实现对我国经济发展的深层次改革。而从实践层面来说，随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，政府在进行发展过程中，其必然需要对自身的相关职能进行积极的转换，并基于理论层次的深度出发，不断的促进服务型政府体系的建设。基于此种角度下，本文对城市化进程中服务型政府的建设进行深层次探究，以期能够为建设服务型政府提供一定的参考建议。94133
