摘要:现代社会是一个知识经济时代,人力资源是企业重要的资源。招聘作为人力资源的重要环节,招聘质量的好坏往往影响着甚至决定了企业未来的发展。目前中国的大学生多,人才市场总是供大于求,所以一些企业就认为招聘到员工很容易,思想上不重视,准备不够充分,不具备科学性。本课题先介绍企业招聘的主要方法及其优劣,然后从企业自身、政府等多方面来寻找企业招聘中出现的一些误区,通过这些误区来分析引起它们的原因,最后从多个角度研究出规避这些误区的对策。94361

Research About Misunderstandings of Enterprise Recruitment and its Related Countermeasures
Abstract: Nowadays, knowledge-based economy prevails in the society, and human resource becomes an important resource for enterprises。 Recruitment is an important part of human resource, therefore, the quality of recruitment invariably affect or even determine the future development of enterprises。 The number of college students in China is large, and the talent is always oversupplied。 As a result, some companies thought it was quite easy to recruit employees, therefore, their recruitment is neglected in mind, unprepared and unscientific。 This paper firstly introduces the main methods that enterprises used in present recruitment and those methods’ advantages and disadvantages。 Next this paper will list some appeared errors in the enterprises’ recruitment from the angle of enterprise itself, the government and so on , then analyzing the causes for these appeared errors。Finally, the paper will try to find countermeasures to avoid those appeared errors by research from different angles 。
