摘要  随着经济全球化的快速发展,进出口贸易日益频繁。中国正在逐步由“引进 来”向“走出去”迈进。而作为民营电气行业的 “先锋”思源电气正在大踏步 前进。出口电气产品和变电站项目遍布多个国家和地区,但是在企业快速发展的 同事也暴露出很多问题,生产出现不少制约瓶颈,尤其是生产周期过长,还会发 生延期交货等状况。这就对我们生产计划提出了更高的要求,必须改善生产计划, 使得生产跟得上企业快速发展的步伐,避免“拖后腿”的情况发生。实现企业“内 功”的提升。 95112

本文以思源电气股份有限公司高压开关(GIS)的生产为研究对象,研究生 产的各个相关环节、生产的加工程序运用流程分析法对生产过程出现的各种拖延 生产周期的因素进行逐个分析。通过实际的观察和文献的查阅以及流程分析对问 题发现和提出,并在生产计划范围内进行方案的制定,改进的初步预测。了解通 过改进能够得到的实际改善效果预测以及可能出现的不足,最终对企业生产建议 的提出。由于解决问题不仅涉及到计划部门,单单通过计划的手段并不能很有效 的解决整个车间生产的问题,必须需要其他部门之间的相互配合,所以在了解其 他相关部门的业务范围基础上,对其也提出一些改进意见和方案,以期可以做到 相互配合,共同改善目前的生产现状。在企业竞争中,生产周期的缩短至关重要, 在本文的研究中,采用各种方式手段,缩短生产周期,保证在交货期内地完成客 户的工程项目。
