摘要在如今经济高速发展的环境下,我国建筑装饰企业的发展日益迅速,如此一来,该类型企业的人力资源管理与绩效管理的要求也随之提升,因为传统的绩效考核已经不能满足快速发展的现状。一套完善的绩效考核体系有利于企业改善人员配置,达到改进管理水平,提高工程质量和服务水平的目的。因此,在建筑装饰企业建立起一套科学有效可行的员工绩效管理体系有利于其战略性规划。对于目前企业绩效考核应用较多的是结果导向的传统绩效考核模型,对企业的绩效管理具有一定的局限性的现状。建筑装饰项目过程绩效考核有利于其企业改善绩效管理,提高服务水平。本文分析了国内外绩效考核研究现状,运用平衡积分卡制定指标权重值。进一步以 盐城业之峰装修有限公司为例研究建筑装修企业过程绩效考核,对其考核中的不足提出改善建议,要注重工程项目绩效考核中的多方面考核,增强考核的客观性。本文通过分析建筑装修企业绩效考核工作存在的问题,并以结合个案的方式详细说明盐城业之峰装修有限公司绩效考核的内容和关键,这能够为建筑装饰企业成功建立和实施过程绩效考核系统、改进组织整体绩效水平提供一些实质性的参考。95114
