摘要:作业计划作为制造型企业组织生产活动的重要依据,在企业中占据重要的地位。近年来,随着经济的飞速发展,客户对企业的交货期要求越来越严格,这就要求企业必须拥有一套完善的作业计划来压缩生产周期,以达到客户对于交货期的要求。本文的研究内容是作业计划的制定问题研究,主要通过机器的调度来实现作业计划的改善,以艾科公司半导体芯片检测流程作业为改善目标。通过一段时间的现场观察与调研,发现了公司芯片检测生产线上的机台分配方案存在大量问题,其中包括大量的机台待料、产能分配不平衡等。针对这些问题,发现它们都是由于产线机台以及人员分配方式不合理导致的。根据这些原因,本文对艾科柔性flowshop调度问题进行了数学建模,使用数学模型对公司的来料数量机台的产能分配情况进行分析,并使用贪婪算法得出了较优可行解,然后根据机台分配方案对相关操作人员进行合理安排,综合这两点制定科学合理的作业计划。通过优化后的作业计划效果与优化前的效果对比,发现新的作业计划确实可以达到有效缩短生产周期的预期效果,大大减少了企业资源的浪费,提高了企业的生产效率。

Abstract:The operation plan is an important basis for the organization of production activities as a manufacturing enterprise, occupying an important position in the enterprise. In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the customer's increasingly stringent requirements on the delivery of enterprises, which requires companies to have a complete set of operating plans to compress the production cycle to meet customer requirements for delivery. The research content of this paper is to study the development of operation plan, mainly through the scheduling of the machine to achieve the improvement of the operation plan to Echo's semiconductor chip detection process operations to improve the target. Through a period of field observation and research, found the company chip detection line on the machine distribution program there are a lot of problems, including a large number of machine to be expected, uneven production capacity and so on. In response to these problems, found that these problems are due to production lines and staff distribution caused by unreasonable. According to these reasons, this paper has carried on the mathematical modeling to the flexible flowshop dispatching problem of Echo, uses the mathematical model to analyze the distribution of the capacity of the machine, and uses the greedy algorithm to obtain the feasible solution, Machine allocation program for the relevant operators to make reasonable arrangements, the two points to develop a scientific and rational work plan. Compared with the effect of the optimized operation plan, it is found that the new operation plan can achieve the expected effect of shortening the production cycle, greatly reducing the waste of enterprise resources and improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.
