摘 要招标制度是我国规范市场经济并且完善化的重要举措，是计划经济向市场经济的重要转变，对控制项目成本、合理有效的招标有着重要意义。在测量招标中影响招标的因素有公司资质、施工的周期快慢、公司对工程报价这些好对比的因素，通过对一些复杂因素进行权的综合比较方法，但是以前的招标评定方法看带问题比较片面，有些只可以做定性的分析不能全面的分析问题，所以在面对当今社会的发展趋势时很难实际运用。31580

本篇文章是依据对测量招标方法的综合评定与分析，根据实际生活为读者提供更好，更优秀的测量招标的评价方法。在模糊学中的有相关理论，该理论描述的是定性评价向为定量评价的转换，就是运用模糊数学对事物受到的多种因素或主要因素制约从而做出一个总体的评价，这种方法就是模糊综合评价方法，它具有可行性强、结果清晰的特点。本文中采用层次分析法（AHP）来确定相关因素的权重。本文首先对模糊综合评价方法的概述，其次对模糊综合评价模型建立，然后我们运用的是层次分析法，对层次分析法简介并用层次分析法来解决因素的确定权重问题的过程。

This article is based on the comprehensive assessment and analysis of the measurement of the tender, according to the actual life to provide readers with better, more excellent measurement of the tender evaluation method.In fuzzy theory, the theory described is qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation of the conversion is to use fuzzy mathematics to things by a variety of factors or the main factor control in order to make an overall assessment. This method is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it has the strong feasibility, clear the characteristics.In this paper, we use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the relevant factors.. In this paper, the overview of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, followed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. Then we use is analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the level of analysis method and level analysis method to solve the factors determine the weighting process.
