摘要：当今社会，我国国民经济快速发展，工程建设事业也随之迅速腾飞，工程建设项目众多、投资额巨大，工程施工企业迎来了难得的发展机遇。然而，对于施工企业而言，如果没有加强成本控制，提高企业在成本方面的竞争力，使企业在众多竞争者中脱颖而出，势必会被瞬息万变的市场所淘汰。所以说，如何加强工程项目的成本控制，有效降低施工成本，从而提高企业的经济效益，已成为所有企业目前非常紧迫的任务。成本管理和成本控制的水平，已成为施工企业的核心竞争力。32065

本文理论结合实践，运用了多种研究方法，本文先阐述了工程项目成本控制的基本理论，包括成本控制的原则，成本控制的一般内容，成本控制的日常控制，影响成本控制的因素以及解决方法，以及降低成本的主要措施和具体方法。其次，对现阶段我国工程项目成本控制存在的问题及其优化对策，在对策中，主要讲诉了项目建设中全过程的成本控制。再以拟建建筑图文信息大楼，以图文信息大楼为背景给出了具体工程项目成本管理的流程，成本管理的体系和成本控制的具体方法。最后是总结，在总结全文的基础上，给出了成本控制的建议，并提出了本文的局限性以及对未来成本控制发展的展望。
总的来说，本文的创新之处主要是运用了理论知识和案例分析相结合的方法进行研究说明，具有较强的说服力和系统性。

Cost Control of Construction Project
Abstract: In today's society, the rapid development of China's national economy, construction also will cause the rapid growth, a number of construction projects, a huge amount of investment, construction company ushered in a rare development opportunity. However, for construction companies, if not strengthen cost control, and improving competitiveness in terms of cost, so that enterprises in many competitors in a rapidly changing market is bound to be eliminated. So, how to strengthen cost control of the project, reduce construction costs, thereby enhancing economic efficiency of enterprises, has become all enterprises currently very urgent task. Cost management and cost control level, construction has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.
In this paper, combining theory with practice, using a variety of research methods, the paper first describes the basic theory of project cost control, including the principles of cost control, cost control of general content, daily control cost control, factors that influence cost control and solutions and the main measures and concrete ways to reduce costs. Secondly, the cost of the project at this stage of project control Problems and Optimizing Strategies in countermeasures, the main complaints about the construction of the project cost control of the whole process. Then proposed construction graphic information building to building as the background graphic information presented specific project cost management processes, methodologies specific cost management and cost control. Finally, it summarizes, in concluding remarks, based on the recommendations given cost control, and points out the limitations of this paper as well as prospects for the future development of cost control.
