    摘  要:经济全球化时代的到来,带动了各国经济高速发展的同时,同行和非同行之间竞争同样激烈,在这种情况下,企业中的劳动者在工作上会有很大的工作压力,其中职场新人的压力最为明显。本文研究的就是职场新人的压力管理,希望通过能够从目前职场新人普遍存在的压力问题,针对职场新人的压力来源,来研究如何管理职场新人的压力,希望能够对职场新人的压力起到一定的缓解作用,帮助职场新人提高其工作效率和工作满意度。企业进行压力管理在一定程度上可以提高公司的整体绩效和竞争力,并且可以为公司保留创新人才。本文研究的问题希望能够对职场新人的压力管理提供参考。32126
        本文主要分为五个大部分,第一部分主要是对职场新人、压力管理的概念进行了界定,以便于下面对职场新人压力管理的研究分析。第二部分是阐述职场新人的主要压力来源,主要分为三个方面:工作压力、个体差异压力、生活压力。第三部分是分析三个压力来源对职场新人的影响,从积极影响和消极影响这两个方面的分析出发。第四部分是根据职场新人的压力来源,和其对职场新人的影响来提出相应的管理策略。第五部分是对全文的总结。

    The newbies stress management analysis
    Abstract:The advent of the era of economic globalization, promote the rapid development of national economy at the same time, peers and the same fierce competition between peers, in this case, the enterprise workers in the job will have a lot of pressure, including newcomers in the workplace pressure is most obvious. In this paper, we study is the newcomers in the workplace stress management, hope to get through from the current market the widespread pressure problem, in view of the newcomers in the workplace pressure source, to study how to manage workplace stress, hope to have some relief to anyone starting a new job pressure, help the newbies to improve the work efficiency and job satisfaction. Stress management to a certain extent, can improve the overall performance and competitiveness of the company, and it can keep innovative talents for the company. In this paper, we study the problem hoping to provide reference for newcomers in the workplace stress management.
    This article mainly pides into five parts, the first part is mainly to anyone starting a new job, stress management concept is defined, in order to face new workplace stress management research and analysis. The second part is the main source of pressure on the newbies, mainly pided into three aspects: the working pressure, inpidual differences, stress in your life. The third part is to analyze the influence of three pressure source to anyone starting a new job, from the positive influence and negative effect according to the analysis of these two aspects. The fourth part is according to the market the sources of stress, and its influence on the newbies to put forward the corresponding management strategy. The fifth part is the full text of the summary.
