摘要：现如今我国仍使用的是20世纪50年代时期制定的退休制度，存在着与现在国情并不相符的现象。主要问题有人均预测寿命变长而退休时间过早，男女退休时间差异大等方面问题，而社会的养老金发放压力巨大，人力资源利用率低下也呈现日趋严重的状况。于是，延迟退休方案已经被挂上了日程安排。如何合理的制定符合我国国情的延迟退休政策正是需要研究的，结合国外发达国家如美国，对于其已经完成的延迟退休改革，我们也可以从中吸收一些有用的情报：区分退休年龄和领取养老金年龄，逐步推迟退休年龄，不同职业不同延迟退休等政策可以应用于我国。本文就以上内容做出简要介绍，进行分析，并结合我国国情对延迟退休提出一定建议。37500

America Delay retirement policy and its implications for Chinese
Abstract: At present our country still use the old retirement system of the 1950s, already exists with The Times.
