摘要：随着我国人口老龄化问题日益严重，政府出台了延迟退休政策以缓解当前局势，因其关乎社会养老这一核心问题而引发了社会各阶层热议。虽然当前尝试以渐进式延长退休年龄的方式来暂缓我国养老金缺口、人口老龄化速度加快等问题，但由于这种方案使劳动力市场本应该退下来的老人依然留在第一线，占据着劳动职位，造成了部分职位的短缺，使得刚毕业的大学生或者即将毕业的大学生就业压力有所增加。因此本文就延迟退休政策对大学生群体产生的就业影响进行研究，通过一系列的数据调查和分析来总结判断大学生对于延迟退休这一政策的态度，和在其就业方面会面临何种压力、对其就业选择会造成哪些影响以及所受到影响程度的大小，最后根据研究结果提出相应有效可行的应对措施。即制定合理、周密、稳妥的相关政策，保持经济发展趋势以确保提供充分的就业岗位等。81840

Research on the impact of delayed retirement on College Students' Employment

Abstract：With the increasingly serious problem of population aging in our country, the government has issued a delayed retirement policy to ease the current situation, because it is the core issue of social pension, which has led to the hot debate of all levels of society。 Although the current attempt to gradually extend the retirement age to suspend our pension gap, the fast pace of population aging and other issues, but this scheme makes the labor market should have retired old man remained in the forefront, occupy the position caused by the shortage of labor, the position of the university graduates or college students graduate employment pressure increased。 The effect of delayed retirement employment policies for college students to study, through the investigation and analysis of a series of data to summarize the judgment of college students for the delay retirement policy, and in the aspect of employment, which will face the pressure of employment to choose what kind of impact and influence of the degree, at last put forward the corresponding effective measures according to the results of the study。 That is, to formulate reasonable, careful and prudent policies to maintain the trend of economic development in order to ensure full employment。
