摘要我国的医药连锁企业在物流配送上还有很多不足之处，研究我国医药连锁企业物流配送的现状以及存在的问题，然后提出对策，有助于提高医药连锁企业的流通效率，降低物流成本。
本文从我国医药物流配送存在的问题分析，并且认识到配送在医药连锁企业物流系统中的重要性。结合案例，对亚邦药业的发展现状进行分析，提出了当前现状下对医药连锁企业物流配送的几点建议。

一 引言
（一）研究背景
连锁经营，我们可以把它称为是目前国际上所通行的先进的流通组织形式和商业经营模式,现在有很多企业都通过连锁经营这种模式来实现企业的规模效益，减少企业运作过程中的成本。如果一个医药连锁企业想要达到一定的规模效益取得成功，就一定要做好物流配送。因此，这些企业需要对当下现有的医药流通机制进行改变。对于现在的医药经营，我们要采取当下的“第三利润源”学说，将其精髓应用到医药经营中去，把医疗企业之间结合起来。
