    摘要目前,中国的城镇化建设的速度已经加快,农村人口总量不断扩大。农村地区既要符合乡镇居民生产需要,又要满足生活需求,同时还必须辐射到众多农村人民。商业金融圈不仅要在城市里有所发展,农村也要发展连锁超市。连锁超市要想在农村市场长效发展,必须采取科学合理的营业方式来提高市场竞争力,这是目前有意愿进军农村市场的众多连锁超市必须要慎重思考的问题。51027

    本文通过问卷调查及深度访谈的方法,阐述了农村连锁超市的概况,联系苏果超市成功进军农村的实例,总结苏果发展历程,剖析苏果成功的缘由,并明确苏果创造的经济效益,归纳出苏果经营方式,以便于其它零售企业借鉴和创新。此外,本文还列明了当前农村连锁超市经营中存在的问题,并有针对性的分析并给出了几点建议。

    Research on the Development of Supermarket Chain Exploring the Rural Market 

    - A Case Study of Suguo Supermarket

    Abstract

    At present, China's urbanization construction rate has accelerated, and the total rural population continues to expand. Rural areas are necessary to meet the production needs of township residents, but also to meet the needs of life and must radiate too many rural people. Commercial and financial circles not only are developed in the city, but also the development of rural supermarket chains. Supermarket chains in order to have a long-term development in the rural market, we must adopt a scientific and reasonable way to improve business competitiveness. This is an important thing that many supermarket chains that are willing to enter the rural market must be careful to think about.

    Through questionnaires and depth interviews to explain the rural supermarket chain before, contact Su fruit supermarket success in rural instance, summarizes Su fruit development, success profiling Suguo reason and clear economic benefits created by the Soviet Union fruit , summed Suguo mode of operation, in order to learn from other retail enterprise and innovation. In addition, the paper also outlines the rural supermarket chain operating in the existing problems, and targeted some suggestions.
