摘要随着城市建设步伐加快，房地产业迅猛发展，住宅建设取得了巨大成就，多元化的产权格局已经形成。物业管理、作为城市管理的一种新形式和市场经济的新兴服务产业，作为改革和加强城市管理、推进社区建设、优化投资环境、促进经济发展的重要手段，越来越受到全社会的关注。本文介绍了物业管理的现状以及当下国内物业管理存在的问题，通过分析和借鉴国内外先进的物业管理模式的优点，重新规划了我国物业管理模式的发展方向，最后通过某县城的实际案例，探索物业管理新模式，展望了我国21世界物业管理新模式的前景，希望本文能够给国内物业管理模式的创新一份参考。52002

Abstract With the accelerated pace of urban construction, the rapid development of real estate, residential construction has made great achievements, persified ownership structure has been formed.
