摘要目前低碳市场经济下提高项目管理质量，实现有效的项目管理，是建筑工程所面临的重要问题。低碳项目管理要在项目管理全过程中贯彻实行安全、节能、环保、可持续发展的理念。低碳经济的莅临，我国建筑工程产业也同样迎来了新的机遇与挑战。而如何在当前低碳市场经济下实现有效的项目管理，提高项目管理质量，为建筑项目投产后创造可观的经济效益与社会价值奠定坚实基础，无疑成为了当前建筑工程、地产产业的重要现实研究课题。
本文针对低碳经济背景下建筑项目管理的现状进行了分析，并从低碳排放要求下建设工程项目管理存在的问题及根据这些问题提出的研究创新两个方面进行了思考，最后通过一个典型案例进一步对以上问题进行了辩证分析，进而提出了在建设工程项目管理中实行低碳管理的对策，以便为施工管理人员实施低碳、环保、绿色项目管理提供理论参考。52604

Abstract At present, the low carbon market economy conditions improve project management quality, and realize effective project management, is building engineering major problem facing the. Low carbon project management in project management process in implement safety, energy saving, environmental protection, the concept of sustainable development.
A low carbon economy here, our country construction engineering industry also ushered in the new opportunities and challenges. And how to in the current low carbon market economy realize effective project management, improve the quality of project management, after the production for building and construction projects to create considerable economic benefit and social value and to lay solid foundation, has become the current construction projects, the real estate industry's important realistic research subject.
This article in view of the low carbon economy under the background of construction project management analysis of the current situation, and from requirements of low carbon construction engineering project management problems and according to these problems put forward two aspects has carried on the thinking of research and innovation, finally through a recent case further to the above problems dialectically analyzed，and puts forward the countermeasures of, so as to construction management personnel to carry out low carbon, environmental protection, green project management to provide the reference.
