摘要商业银行客户满意度是客户满意水平的量化。商业银行是以盈利为目的的金融服务企业，只有提高客户满意度，才能获得持久稳定的获利，从而提高核心竞争力。本文对商业银行客户满意度问题进行了研究。论文首先对相关先行研究进行了归纳和总结。然后，对客户满意度的基本范畴进行了介绍。接着，利用已有的问卷调查得到的调查数据，对商业银行客户满意度的影响因素进行了描述性分析和模型实证分析。最后，就如何提高商业银行个人理财业务客户满意度提出了几点对策建议。60207

Title  Commercial Bank Personal Financial Services Customer Satisfaction Survey                     

Abstract

Commercial Bank Customer satisfaction is the evaluation of thecustomer satisfaction levels. Commercial bank is the financial services companies for the purpose of profits, and only when improve customer satisfaction can the commercial bank achieve a lasting and stable profits, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness. In this paper, commercial banking customer satisfaction problem is studied. Firstly, the relevant prior studies are conducted and summarized. Then, the basic categories of customer satisfaction are introduced. Then, using the existing questionnaire survey data obtained, the factors that affect the commercial bank customer satisfaction are descriptively analysed and model empirical analysed. Finally, It put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the commercial banks customer satisfaction, personal financial services.

之所以选择这个话题，是因为近些来，随着我国经济的飞速发展，国内金融业的健全壮大，竞争的日益激烈，以及居民个人财富的迅速积累，居民个人对个人理财业务的需求日益增长，而商业银行作为我国居民最直接的理财提供者，只有不断的完善个人理财产品、个人理财体系，营销各种理财产品，提供个性化服务，不断创新的推出新的理财产品，才能赢取更多的客户，在竞争激烈的金融业立足不败之地。
