摘要在对全国各高校的592名应届大学毕业生进行问卷调查的基础上,本研究应用描述统计、相关分析、多重中介回归等方法对所收集的数据进行分析。研究结果表明,在控制性别、年龄、教育程度等相关人口学变量的影响后,应届大学毕业生的就业能力对其就业自我效能感、求职行为、就业状态、起点薪酬均存在显著的正向影响,就业自我效能感显著正向影响其求职行为、就业状态和工作满意度,求职行为显著正向影响就业状态,且就业自我效能感部分中介就业能力对求职行为的影响,求职行为部分中介就业能力对就业状态的影响,部分中介就业自我效能感对就业状态的影响。该研究结果有助于了解大学生目前的就业状态形成的原因,探索大学毕业生就业状态的影响及应对机制,帮助高等院校对毕业生进行就业指导,促进毕业生就业。64551

Title The Impact of Employability and Self-efficacy on College Graduates’ Job Search Behavior and Job Search Outcome
Abstract Based on a questionnaire survey of 592 college graduates from the national various universities, this study applies multiple mediation regression to analyze the collected data. The analysis results show that in the control of gender, age, educational level and other relevant demographic variables, the influence of university graduates employability on their self-efficacy, job search behavior, employment and salaries are significant positive influence, the influence of university graduates self-efficacy on their job search behavior, employment and job satisfaction are significant positive influence, job search behavior significantly affects the employment, And the impact of employability on job search behavior is partially mediated by self-efficacy separately. The impact of employability on employment is partially mediated by job search behavior separately. The impact of employability on self-efficacy is partially mediated by job search behavior separately. These findings can promote to better understand the formation of college students present employment, to explore the influence and coping mechanisms of the university graduates employment. The findings can also help the colleges to guide the university students' employment, and help the college graduates to find content jobs as soon as possible.
