摘要近几十年，随着我国社会经济各方面的发展，我国老年人口死亡率的不断下降，65岁及以上老年人口不断增加，老龄化程度不断加深。对于社会而言，老人特别是高龄老人的身体健康状况直接关系到整个社会的照料负担和医疗费用支出问题（顾和军，刘云平，2001:1-9），因此，本文尝试利用“中国老年人健康长寿影响因素调查”(CLHLS) 2008年的数据，使用生活质量指标（QWB）测度中国老年健康不平等状况，分析社会经济地位这一因素对老年健康不平等的影响，同时结合社会工作专业的特点，为了弥补定量数据的深度不足这一缺点，笔者尝试结合老年个案深度访谈对研究结果进行实证讨论，进一步分析老年健康不平等的影响因素，并针对结论，以罗尔斯公平正义理论的视角，从教育、收入分配、社会保障等角度改善老年健康不平等现象提出针对性意见。67792

Title   Empirical research on socioeconomic status and health inequality among elderly people                     

Abstract

In recent years,China has undergone profound changes in economy and society. With the rapid economic growth，the mortality of elderly people have decreased. The total number of people older than 65 increased rapidly. The aging problem became more severe. To the society, the health condition of elder people is of great concern. It relates to the spending of medical care.So,in this paper，we used the Chinese Health Survey(CLHLS) 2008 data to study the problems mentioned above.Using the QWB to measure health condition of elderly people. Try to figure out the relationship of socioeconomic status and health among elder people. To compensate the  shortcoming of quantity data, we use interview to get depth understanding. And according to all the data,we give suggestions on the health inequality problem from education, income and social security aspects from the view point of Rawl's principle of justice theory.
