摘要近年来，微博被划分为具有跨时代意义的自媒体，大众的身份从受众转变成为传者，通过微博自主地发布新闻、发表观点，每一个曾经的受众都可以利用网络来表达自己的观点，传递各种各样的信息，甚至于能够形成自身主导的信息传播网络。然而，微博的利益化也造成了传播的不平衡，造成了大量公共资源的浪费，不利于阶层之间的流动，也不利于群体间文化的更新与塑造。要改变这种不平衡不是一蹴而就的，需要通过各个方面的合力，从根本上平衡普通受众与意见领袖的话语权。68032

Title Comparative study of the imbalance in weibo.

Abstract

In recent years, weibo is regarded as the we-media of cross-age sense, the role of public changes from receiver to communicator. We can release information and express views freely. Everyone who had been a receiver could use the Internet to express our views, passing a variety of information, and even can format our own information dissemination network. However, the benefit of weibo also caused an imbalance during the dissemination that resulting in a lot of waste of public resources. At the same time, it is not conducive to mobility between sectors and not beneficial to the renewal and shaping of inter-group cultural. To change this imbalance is not easy, we should fundamentally change the opinion of public through the force from all aspects and we also need to improve the ability of distinguishing information.

1  引言：

随着网络的不断发展与成熟，以网络为基础的新媒体开始崛起，传统媒介的话语霸权日渐失落；自媒体的出现，使得媒介的话语权开始向受众偏移；随着Web3.0时代的到来，“微博”这一舶来品在国内迅速崛起，成为社交网络中的佼佼者。在微博这个全新的平台之上，受众拥有了信息的传播权，开始从“听述”向“自述”转变。
