回归方法江苏省城镇化进程的影响因素分析及政策研究
摘要近些年来，江苏省的城镇化进程发展迅速，城镇化的质量明显提高，但在城镇化的发展过程中也出现了一定的问题。本文选取江苏省2012年统计年鉴中有关人口、地区生产总值、土地、就业、收入等方面的数据作为样本，用1990年至2011年的数据，通过回归方法分析，建立一元线性回归模型和多元线性回归模型进行实证研究，研究了影响江苏省全省城镇化进程的因素。经过实证研究，发现：第三产业所占地区生产总值的比重、耕地面积所占全省总面积的比重、收入结构（城乡收入差距）这三大因素都对江苏省全省的城镇化率有较大的影响。然后根据研究结果，提出了针对苏北欠发达地区和苏南发达地区未来城镇化发展的意见与建议。68157

Title Analysis about the influential factors of urbanization in Jiangsu Province and policy research—based on the application of regression method
Abstract
In recent years，there is a rapid urbanization development in Jiangsu Province. The urbanization quality has improved obviously. But in the process of the development of urbanization，there are some problems. This paper selects data about population，GDP of Jiangsu Province，agricultural land，employment and income in the statistical yearbook of Jiangsu Province in 2012 as samples，using annual data from 1990 to 2011，through the regression analysis method to set up simple linear regression model as well as multiple linear regression model and to carry on the empirical research which studies the factors that affect the process of urbanization in Jiangsu Province. Through the empirical research，this paper finds that three factors including the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP， the proportion of agricultural acreage in the total provincial land acreage and the income structure(the income gap between urban and rural areas) have large impacts on urbanization rate in Jiangsu Province. Then according to the results，this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions about urbanization development in Jiangsu Province in the future.
