摘要: 现阶段，社会经济发展速度较快，尤其是在新经济时代下，无论是经济机构还是经济模式都会发生明显变化，特别是在经济波动较大的情况下，如果发生经济危机，经济发展机遇也会随之出现，如在2008年次贷危机发生以后，各国经济受到重创，但以互联网为主的技术却逐渐发展起来，新型经济模式也因此诞生，尤其是高科技公司发展速度较快，在短短几年的时间内就占据了市场大部分份额，社会经济也随之带动起来。近年来，为实现生态环境保护目标，方便人们出行，ofo与摩拜单车出现在人们生活中，它们的出现是科学技术发展到一定阶段的产物，随着它们的使用，不仅解决了出行难问题，还实现了环保效果。在智能手机逐渐普及的今天，人们只要通过智能手机就能很好的完成车辆的快速租用，只需要花费很少的资金就能完成几公里的骑行。为更好的满足人们实际需求，ofo与摩拜单车实现了商业合作，做到了互通有无与资源共享，不仅有效实现了资源利用，还实现了双赢发展。因此，文章将从共享经济商业角度入手，分析与研究ofo与摩拜单车合适模式，就如何加强双方的进一步合作进行讨论，并联系实际情况提出有效措施。70966
