摘要21世纪以来,经济全球化发展,跨国企业虽然不是什么新话题,但它对经济的发展起到了无可替代的作用,跨文化管理研究更是跨国企业能否良好发展的关键因素。企业想要在跨国经营过程中获得成功,需要充分考虑不同文化背景下,不同的民族,不同的文化素质差异而引起的管理方面的冲突。对于跨文化管理的研究,分析跨国企业冲突现状是关键,在此基础上,深刻剖析形成冲突背后的真正原因,再根据跨国企业自身特点,量身定做出缓解跨文化管理的冲突的机制。使跨国企业在不同国家实现文化环境与经济环境相互适应,确保跨国企业能够正确,健康,有效的发展。本文通过跨国企业华为公司为例,论述跨文化管理及文化差异的表现形式,原因现状。分析跨文化管理在当跨国企业发展中的重要地位以及其发展的必要性,根据华为公司跨文化企业管理中存在的因文化差异导致的冲突现状及影响,对冲突现状采取必要的应对措施,挖掘跨国企业的内外资源和潜力,实现跨国企业经济效益最大化。保证跨国企业在激烈的市场经济环境中立于不败之地。 71257
