摘 要 : 在世界经济全球化的国际大背景下,中国石油需求对外依存度过高,石油企业 必须通过跨国并购,取得稳定的石油来源,解决石油的供需矛盾,实现企业自身的长远发 展。本文选取中石油为研究对象,运用企业战略管理、能源安全战略等理论,结合中石油 海外并购的实践,对中石油海外并购的背景、现状、必要性进行了综合分析,提出中石油 海外并购中政治关系、法律法规、信息获取以及投资成本等方面存在的问题。最后结合中 石油海外并购案例一一对应提出解决方案,为我国其他石油公司国际化战略制定的提供借 鉴。71746

Abstract: In the international background of economic globalization of the world, China's oil demand is too high, petroleum company must use the overseas mergers and acquisitions, to obtain stable oil source, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of oil and realize the long-term development of the company itself. This article selects the CNPC as the research object, using the theory of enterprise strategy management, energy security strategy, combing with the practice of overseas mergers and acquisitions in the oil, and analyzing the background, present situation and the reasons of the overseas mergers and acquisitions in oil, and put forward the problems of the political relations in oil overseas mergers and acquisitions, laws and regulations, existing in the information acquisition and investment cost and so on. In the end, the article put forward some solutions by analyzing the CNPC’s overseas mergers and acquisitions cases, and providing guidance for our other oil companies in making the internationalization
strategy.
