摘要近年来，随着经济的高速增长和城市化进程的加快，经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾日益突出，城市的环境竞争力也日趋激烈。本文通过构建城市环境竞争力评价模型，从环境资源、人居环境、环境质量、环境治理与建设四个方面选取指标，采用均方差法确定指标权重，并对指标进行多目标线性加权得到环境竞争力指数，进而对江苏省13个地级市在2010-2014年的城市环境竞争力进行排序和评价，揭示了江苏省13个城市的环境竞争力在时间上的演变规律及其外在影响因素，并对此提出江苏省城市环境竞争力的提升对策。71850

The research about differentiation of time and space of city environmental competitiveness in Jiangsu province

Abstract With the rapid growth of economy and the speeding up of urbanization, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is increasingly prominent, in recent years, the city environmental competitiveness is also increasingly fierce。Through building the appraisal model of urban environmental competitiveness, this article from the environment and resources, environment, environmental quality and environmental management from four aspects: the selection index, the mean square error method is adopted to determine the index weight, and the indicators are multi-objective linear weighting to get environmental competitiveness index, and then to 13 cities in Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2014, the city environmental competitiveness ranking and evaluation, and reveals the environmental competitiveness of 13 cities in Jiangsu province on the time evolution law and the external influence factors, and puts forward some countermeasures for urban environmental competitiveness of ascension in Jiangsu province。
