摘 要：近些年来，高等旅游院校大学本科毕业生的就业难问题日益凸出，追溯原因，除了当前旅游行业的发展状况，就业环境因素，就业的体制机制问题，人才培养模式等客观因素外，本科毕业生自身职业期望过高也是导致就业难问题的重要原因，所以对旅游管理专业毕业生的职业期望进行调查研究是有必要的，本文是基于查阅大量相关的文献资料并结合目前高校旅游管理专业学生的职业期望相关构成因素，设计出一份调查问卷，对淮安淮阴师范学院旅游管理专业大三、大四两个年级学生进行了调查。运用SPSS 15。0 FOR统计软件和EXCEL数据统计软件对问卷调查所收集数据信息的进行统计分析，得出相的数据图表。72035

Abstract: In recent years, the tourism colleges in university graduates employment difficult problem have became increasingly prominent。Traces its cause, except to the development situation of the tourism industry, employment environment,mechanism of employment system, personnel training and other objective factors, the graduates' high expectations is also an improtant reason to casue the problemof employment。So it is necessary to investigate and study the professional expectation of tourism management major。 This paper is based on a large number of relevant liturature information and combined with the current College Management Major students’ expectations related to the composition of fators designed a questionnaire。 Huaian Huaiyin Normal University tourism management major, junior students and senior students were investigated。 Using SPSS15。OFOR Statistical Software and EXCEL Data Statistics Software to analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire survey,draw the relevant data charts。
