摘  要: 工程合同的管理是工程建设管理之重点，目前随着工程项目管理的理论研究和实际的工程经验积累越来越多，人们也逐渐的加强重视了对于工程合同管理方面的研究。建设工程上面的工程合同是用来作为去把工程各个甲乙双方的权利和义务规范化的重要的法律的文本文件，工程上的合同文件是用来确定双方所需要担负的根据相关法律制定的责任的最为重要依据，一份有效、全面、公正的合同可以很有效地约束合同协议甲乙双方的的行为，保证双方的权利和责任及利益。工程合同可以更加有效的实行是让我国的建设工程市场健康发展，向着更加规范化、民主化、法制化的方向前进的关键所在。我国建设工程合同管理起步较晚，没有树立合同的权威性。在建设施工过程中还存在着各种问题，制约着我国建筑业的长足发展。进行高效的合同管理成为了建设工程管理的一项重要前提。本文通过对建设工程合同管理要点的简要概述，就国内建设工程合同管理的现状以及存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上,提出国内建设工程合同管理的对策建议。72751
