摘要：大学生村官计划是缓解大学生就业危机、促进农村经济发展和社会zhuyi新农 村建设的重要政策，该政策的搬出对新农村的可持续发展、全面建设小康社会提 供了良好的帮助，起着十分重要的作用。但由于大学生村官自身、大学生村官的 服务对象和大学生村官的工作伙伴等各方面的原因，导致大学生村官这项计划增 加了许多困难，最根本的原因是大学生村官角色的认知上出现了许多问题，本文 通过访谈法从大学生村官自身、大学生村官的服务对象和大学生村官的工作伙伴 的研究角度对大学生村官角色认知进行分析，并总结出诸多影响大学生角色认知 的因素，提出能优化大学生村官角色认知的合理化的建议。73959

An empirical study on the role identity of university student village officials

Abstract:University student village official plan is to alleviate the crisis of College Students' employment, promote rural economic development and socialist new countryside construction of an important policy, the policy move to the sustainable development of new countryside and the comprehensive construction well-off society provides good help plays an very important role。 But due to the student village, university student village official service object and student village official work colleagues, leading to the university student village official this plan adds many difficulties, the most fundamental reason is college graduate village official role cognition appear many problems, this paper through interviews from the  service object of the student village, University Student Village official and college graduate village official partner research angle on the perception of the role of college students village official were analyzed, and summed up the factors influencing  college students' role cognition, put forward to optimize the college students village official role cognition of rationalization proposals。
