摘要幸福，是常常被提起的话题，它不仅是群众日常的谈资，也是专家学者研究 关注的重点。本研究试图采取问卷调查的方法，运用 SPSS 软件分析数据，以师范大学为例，探讨高校教师的主观幸福感问题，主要目的是了解江苏师范大 学教师主观幸福感的实际状况，分析高校教师主观幸福感与收入、性别、职称、 教龄、婚姻、最高学历、社会支持、教学科研等因素之间的相关关系，探索促进 高校教师主观幸福感提高的策略，提高社会对教师群体的关注度。通过本研究， 发现高校教师主观幸福感受整体处于中等偏上水平，仍存在提升的需求，并且高 校教师主观幸福感主要受到相对收入、科研教学目标、社会支持、性别等因素的 影响。74689

Investigation on subjective well being of College Teachers -- a case study of Jiangsu Normal University

Abstract Happiness is often mention the topic, it is not only the masses of everyday conversation, also the focus of attention of experts and scholars。 This study attempts to take a questionnaire survey method, using SPSS software to analyze data, Normal University, investigate SWB of college faculty, the main purpose is to understand Jiangsu Normal University Teachers' subjective well the actual situation, the subjective analysis of university teachers the correlation between happiness and income, gender, job title, seniority, marital status, highest level of education, social support, and other factors between teaching and research, and to explore the promotion of university teachers SWB improved strategies to improve social attention to groups of teachers。 Through this study, found that the university  teachers' subjective happiness feeling in the average level, there is a demand of ascension, and the university teachers' subjective well-being is mainly influenced by relative to income, scientific research and teaching goal, gender and social support。
