摘要独生子女的去世，失独家庭将面临着生活、医疗、养老等诸多方面的问题， 需要社会和政府共同努力采取措施，完善对失独家庭的社会支持系统。本文主要 以社会交换这一视角通过对南京市鼓楼区龙江小区的 12 户失独家庭进行实地访 谈，深入了解失独家庭社会支持的参与性现状，探讨失独父母所受的社会支持存 在的一些问题并针对性的提出完善失独家庭社会支持的建议。全文分为五个部 分，第一部分导论，介绍了文章的选题研究背景和意义以及相关失独家庭的研究 综述。第二部分研究设计，介绍了文章运用的研究理论视角以及研究问题，介绍 了失独家庭和社会支持的概念界定，研究方案的设计（包括研究对象和方法）。 第三部分介绍了目前失独家庭的社会支持现状，以南京市鼓楼区龙江小区为例， 通过对其中 12 户失独家庭的实地访谈研究，介绍了他们来自亲友、失独家庭之 间、社区居委会、社会组织以及政府的社会支持参与性现状。第四部分探讨目前 失独家庭社会支持存在的问题。第五部分是针对上述问题，提出相应针对性的建 议。期望能够为失独家庭建立良好完善的社会支持体系提供一些帮助，让这一特 殊群体早日走出困境。74693

Abstract Only children died, lost family will face the life, health care, pension, and many other issues, to the society and the government work together to take measures to improve the social support system of lost family alone。 In this paper, with the perspective on social exchange of nanjing drum tower district longjiang village 12 households lost alone for on-site interview, insight into the lost family participation status of social support, explore the loss of single parents are some of the problems of the social support and pertinent Suggestions to consummate the loss alone family social support。 Full text is pided into five parts, the first part of introduction, introduced the paper selected topic background and significance, and  related loss alone family research were reviewed。 The second part of the research design, this paper introduces the article use the theoretical perspective and research question, introduces the loss alone the definition of family and social support, the design of the research plan (including the research objects and methods)。 The third part introduces the loss of family status of social support, taking nanjing gulou longjiang district as an example, through the field of 12 alone lost families interview research,  they introduced from relatives and friends, alone between families, community residents' committees, social organizations, and social support status of the government。 The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the single family social support。 The fifth part is aimed at the above problems, put forward corresponding Suggestions。 Expect to lose alone the family a good social support system to provide some help, let this special group out of the woods at an early date。
