摘要城市湿地被誉为城市的肾,具有重要的生态功能和价值,城市湿地的演变,主要包括湿地面积、结构、分布的变化及其所产生的环境效应,有助于认识城市湿地在城市生态环境中的作用和价值,有助于指导湿地资源的保护和合理利用,有助于指导土地利用结构的调整与各种用地的合理布局,有助于提升城市环境质量和城市居民生活质量。因此强化城市湿地的保护已经成为现代社会城市发展的不二选择。75128
本研究以浙江省杭州城西湿地作为研究区域,利用Landsat TM影像以及Landsat-8 OLI遥感影像和GIS信息提取功能,分析了近半个世纪,尤其是近30年来城西湿地动态变化情况,结果表明:1986-1992年以来,中国气候异常的影响使得城西湿地受到严重的旱灾[1],导致与1992年相比湿地面积出现较大程度增长,增长值高达90%;1992-2007年期间,由于全球经济开始飞速增长,浙江省经济总量急剧增加,使得湿地面积出现明显退化趋势,退化率高达74。93%。总体来看,在政策的有力推动下,尤其是2002年中国加入《湿地公约》以后,湿地资源得到了有效保护,在10年内实现了25。5%的增长,但是治水,节水并非一朝一夕,因此在保护湿地资源上,还需要做出更大的努力。
此外,本文分别从人文因子和自然因子着手,分析影响湿地变化的不同驱动力,同时也对城西湿地产生的生态效应、社会效应进行相关阐述。

The study based on Landsat TM/OLI series of satellite remote sensing data, research the changes of wetland landscape in past fifty years , especially in the thirty years in the core area of Chengxi Wetland。 we concluded that:From 1986 to 1992, the area of wetland has been increasing fast due to the heavy drought, which reached 90%; During 1992 to 2007, because of the global economy beganing to growth rapidly and the economy of Zhejiang province increasing dramatically, making the wetland area decreasing steadily, degradation rate is as high as 74。93%。 To sum up, under the push of policy, especially after China's accession to the convention on wetlands in 2002, the wetland resources were gotten effective protection, achieving the growth of 25。5% in 10 years, but the water conservancy and conservation is not at the moment, so we should try our best to protect the wetland resources。
In addition, the paper respectively set out from the humanities factors and natural factors, which analyzed the changes of wetland and different driving forces, at the same times, stating the ecological effects and social effects of west wetland in this paper。
