摘 要 ： 为了让居民更加满足他们的住区活动空间，抛开汽车时代带来的影响，更多地 接近住区活动空间，让居民有个良好的住区环境。本文先从研究目的与意义、研究内容和 方法着手，再以淮安城市住区为例，选取四个典型住区，通过实地调研、问卷形式和居民 访谈等形式，总结淮安城市住区的现状问题，并提出总的改造策略，最后对其中一个住区 做出深层次改造方案。75642

Abstract：In order to make the residents more satisfied with their living space,put aside the impact of the car era,more close to the area of activity space,let the residents have a good living environment。This paper begins with the purpose and significance of the study,the content and methods of the research,a case study of Huaian urban residential area,select four typical residential area,through field research,questionnaire form and resident interview,summary of the current situation of urban residential areas in Huaian,and put forward the general transformation strategy,finally,one of the residential areas to make a deep reform program。
