民营企业创新创业环境评价研究
摘要：民营企业是我国国民经济的主要组成部分，他们影响着我们国家（地区）的经济发展能力，经济水平，而创新创业环境又是民营企业发展的重要影响因素，涉及到社会、文化、金融等众多因素，直接影响着民营企业的发展的好坏，是政府创业者，民营企业和风险投资机构必须注重的地方。为了对不同地方的民营企业创新创业环境进行评价研究，我在现有的研究基础上选择了GEM模型，并且使用模糊综合评价的方法来构建评价模型，以上海市为例，用调查问卷的方式获取了相关民营企业创新创业的数据，以金融环境指标，社会环境指标，法制环境指标和技术环境指标四个方面，从而对其创新创业环境进行了评价，证实了模型的实用性的同时，对各地区民营企业创新创业环境的评价语改进提供了借鉴的意义。77008

Abstract:Private enterprise is the main part of our national economy, they influence our country (region) of the economic development capacity, economic level and innovation environment is an important factor affecting the development of private enterprises, involving many factors of society, culture and finance, directly affects the development of private enterprises is good or bad, the government of entrepreneurs, private enterprises and venture capital institutions must pay attention to the place。 In order to evaluate innovation environment of private enterprises in different places, I chose the GEM model based on the existing research, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the evaluation model, taking Shanghai city as an example, using questionnaires to obtain relevant data of private enterprises in innovation and entrepreneurship, the financial environment index social environment index, the four aspects of the legal environment and technical indicators of environmental indicators, and to evaluate the innovation environment and show that the model is practical at the same time, the private enterprises in different regions of innovation and entrepreneurship environment evaluation language provides the significance of improvement。
