摘要土地是社会资源环境的要素载体，作为自然资源的重要组成部分，传统的土地管理利用已经无法满足社会发展的需要。因此，为了促进徐州市社会经济的快速发展以及提升土地资源集约利用的潜能，对徐州市土地资源的利用进行了评价。本文通过对徐州市土地资源利用现状进行分析，并说明了土地利用的特点以及存在的相关问题。土地集约利用评价方面，选取社会效益、经济效益以及生态环境效益三大因子，并从三大因子中各选取6个指标，共18项指标构成一套完整的指标体系，用层次分析法对徐州市土地资源的集约利用做综合的评价。对选取的18个指标，利用熵值法将各个指标权重计算出来，通过数据加权算出三大因子各自得分，根据三个效益得分的大小来衡量影响徐州市土地资源集约利用的最重要因子，发现生态环境效益对土地集约利用具有较大的影响，并根据分析结果对徐州市土地资源集约利用提出建议与相关对策。77244

Abstract Land is the element of social resources and environment carrier。 Land is an important part of natural resources。 Traditional management of land use have been unable to meet the needs of social development。 Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of Xuzhou socio-economic and to improve the potential of intensive utilization of land resources, evaluating the use of Xuzhou land resources。 In this paper, through analysis of Xuzhou city land resources utilization, showing the characteristics of land use and the related problems。 In the evaluation of intensive land use, selecting the social, economic and ecological environment benefit three major factors。 In the three factors, select six indicators of each and constitute a complete index system。 By the AHP, make a comprehensive evaluation to the Xuzhou intensive utilization of land resources。 In the selection of 18 indicators, using entropy value method to calculate each index weight。 By the calculation of three factors, weight their score。 According to the score, measure the most important factor of influence of Xuzhou intensive utilization of land resources。  Found that the ecological environment benefit has great influence on land intensive utilization。  According the analysis results, put suggestion for Xuzhou intensive utilization of land resources and the related countermeasures。
