摘要： 历史悠久的韩桥煤矿位于徐州东北部，从十九世纪到二十一世纪的开采史使得韩桥煤矿成为徐州煤城当之为愧的母矿。漫长的开采史使得韩桥煤矿由于资源枯竭，经济发展等原因，于2008年经省人民政府批准关闭。废弃之后的煤矿遗址非但没有得到应有的整修与保护，反而还发生了由于缺乏妥善管理而出现遭故意损毁的事件。为了使珍稀的韩桥煤矿工业遗址得到更好的保护和可持续发展，本文根据韩桥煤矿自身特点，提出了运用工业旅游的发展模式进行开发，通过对韩桥煤矿进行工业旅游的可行性分析和客源市场分析，提出立法保护，开发保护，建立博物馆，开发主题公园等开发策略，期望此举不仅能够对韩桥煤矿进行有效保护，而且还能发展工业旅游，增加自身知名度，发扬煤矿精神。77580

1  引言

自韩桥煤矿08年关闭以来，如今已经有8个年头了，韩桥煤矿虽然停产，但里面留下了许多工业遗产，如淮海战役起义旧址，解放军三野成立旧址红楼，老式蒸汽机车，铁路，矿井，管道等多处人文遗址，所以韩桥煤矿的存在不仅是一部煤矿史，更是一部抗战史，工业史，城市发展史。本文通过对韩桥煤矿丰富的工业旅游资源和广阔市场的分析，提出一些对韩桥煤矿进行工业旅游开发的策略，为家乡的旅游业做出一些贡献，让这个曾经为市、省甚至国家的能源输送做出极大贡献的煤矿功臣重新被记起，为更多的人所知道，让煤矿精神能永远的传承下去。论文网
