大学生志愿精神研究
摘要大学生是这个社会的一个特殊群体，他们的大学时光有四年，中国有两三千万的大学生，大学生一边学习校园里的知识，一边需要寻找更多的机会进入社会学习，以便他们从学校到社会有一个过度的机会。大学生的价值观还没有稳定，社会经验不足，思想观念很容易收到外界的不良影响，而志愿活动充满了正能量，大学生在活动中不仅可以收获经验能力，还可以在集体中培养优秀的积极向上的人格。对于社会而言，大学生是一个庞大的社会资源，整合这些资源一方面培育了一批优秀的大学生，而且为和谐社会的发展作出了重要贡献。77692
本文对如何培育大学生志愿精神进行探索。首先，从个人，高校和社会三方面作为切入点，其次，通过文献调查和问卷调查法，在了解当下大学生志愿精神培育现状的前提下，得知大学生对志愿精神认知不足，社会对大学生志愿缺乏了解，缺少争对性的法律支持，高校缺失志愿氛围和专业的志愿教育和培训，没有健全的评价和奖励机制等问题。本文针对江苏师范大学进行问卷调查，探索大学生志愿精神培育方式，从社会，学校到个人分析，总结我国大学生志愿精神培育的对策。

Abstract College students are a special group in the society, their time at university is four years, China has 30 million college students, college students while learning campus knowledge, side need to find more opportunities to enter the social learning so that they from school to society has a chance at a degree。 College Students' values is not stable, lack of social experience, ideas, very easy to receive external adverse effects, and volunteer activities full of positive energy, college students in activities can not only harvest the lessons of the ability, can also be in the collective culture of positive good personality。 For the society, college students are a huge social resources, the integration of these resources on the one hand, cultivate a group of outstanding college students, but also for the development of a harmonious society has made important contributions。
This paper explores how to cultivate college students' volunteer spirit。 First, from a personal, universities and the society as the starting point。 Secondly, through the literature investigation and questionnaire survey, understanding of contemporary college students volunteer spirit in the development status of the premise, that college students to volunteer spirit, lack of knowledge, social of college students volunteer lack of understanding, lack of competition on the legal support, the lack of voluntary atmosphere and professional volunteer education and training, there is no sound evaluation and encouragement mechanism。 In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted in Jiangsu Normal University to explore the ways of Cultivating College Students' volunteer spirit, from the social, school and inpidual analysis, to sum up the Countermeasures for the cultivation of College Students' volunteer spirit。【Keywords】: volunteer spirit college students education
