摘要随着我国社会产业结构的调整，就业市场中的部分领域出现了饱和，这对大学生的择业与就业产生了很多消极影响。从近几年大学生在就业中遇到的问题来看，大学生就业能力不足是造成大学生就业难的重要影响因素之一。本文通过问卷的方式对大学生就业能力的现状进行调查，分析大学生就业能力存在的不足之处，并结合企业对人才需求的能力，针对性地提出就业能力的提升途径。这要求高校须构建科学的课程体系，积极开展各类就业指导活动；大学生自身也应积极参加社会实践活动，这样才能使大学生塑造出与劳动力市场需求变化相适应的就业能力，从而培养出在就业市场中具有高竞争力的人才。77691

A Study on the College Students' Employability and it’s Enhance Approaches

Abstract With the adjustment of the industrial structure of our society， the labor market in some areas has been saturated， which has a lot of negative effects on College Students' career choice and employment。From the problems in the college students in employment in recent years， college students' employment ability is insufficient is one of the important factors affecting the university students' employment difficult。This article through the questionnaire survey of college students to analysis the existing disadvantages of college students' employability。And combined with the ability of the enterprise to the demand of talents， the paper puts forward the way to improve the ability of employment。This requires that university should construct a scientific curriculum system， actively carry out all kinds of employment guidance activities; students themselves should also actively participate in social practice activities， so as to make students create employment capability to adapt to the changes of the demand in labor market， to cultivate cultivate a high competitiveness in the labor market in talent。。
