摘要:现代社会,新生代员工慢慢占据职场的主导地位 ,本研究着重围绕家庭资源对新生代员工工作-家庭促进的影响进行研究。首先,对新生代员工,家庭资源和工作-家庭促进的相关文献进行条理性整理;第二,利用深入访谈,探寻家庭资源(朋友支持,亲属支持)对新生代员工工作-家庭促进作用机理;第三,借助问卷调查,检验并证明家庭资源对新生代员工工作-家庭促进的影响;第四,在以上几点研究的基础上提出促进新生代员工工作与家庭生活和谐的解决方法和策略。研究发现,朋友支持对新生代员工工作-家庭促进的两个维度都呈现显著正相关,而亲属支持与新生代员工工作-家庭促进两个维度均无关系。79762

The Impact of Family Resources on the Work- Family Promotion of the New Generation Staff
Abstract: In modern society, the new generation of employees has gradually become the main part of the staff population。 This research mainly focuses on the impact of family resources on the work -family promotion of the new generation staff。 Firstly, sorting out and reading the literature related on the new generation of staff,family resources and the work-family promotion。 Secondly, through the in-depth interviews, finding the family resources (friend’s supports, relatives’ supports) to the new generation of staff work - family promotion mechanism of action; Thirdly, proving the impact of family resources on the work of the new generation of the staff through the questionnaire survey。 Fourthly, based on the above researches, putting forward the strategic method to promote the harmony between both dimensions of the work and the family life of the new generation。 The study found that friends support for the new generation staff on the work-family promotion is significant positive correlation,and family support is not significant to both dimensions of the new generation of staff work - family。
