摘要： 大学生实习对就业的重要性已经取得了社会的广泛关注，然而大学生实习对其就业质量的影响尚未明确。本研究以Y大学劳动与社会保障专业本科毕业生为研究对象，采用实证研究的方法，对实习与就业质量之间的关系进行探讨，研究得出的主要结论如下：实习经历、实习次数、实习持续时间对大学生客观就业质量有显著影响。根据研究结果，作者认为对高校实习管理工作提出三点可供参考的建议。一是要加强对学生实习工作的宣传指导工作，帮助学生认识到实习的重要性；二是促进学校与企业的合作，与企业之间形成良好的输送人才纽带，给学生提供良好的实习平台；三是从学生的角度出发，对于实习的学生提供校方的保护，建议从法律方面完善好大学生实习保护方面的立法，给祖国未来的建设中提供一个良好的发展环境。79771

The Practice Quality Of University Students’ Employment
