本文将从“互联网+”的现状及趋势入手,结合企业运营管理的内容及特点,以江苏企业为例,主要从企业组织生产模式、产品品质定位、定价策略、企业分销渠道及消费关系的互动重建等方面对江苏企业的运营管理的创新途径进行研究,从而对在“互联网+”趋势下的企业运营管理提供有效的运营启示及策略。
本研究揭示在“互联网+”的情境中,社会变革的条件下,对企业运营管理模式的重新思索,分析了传统企业运营管理模式的劣势,并为江苏企业运营管理的的创新提供有效途径。本文研究对引导企业进行创新变革,引领后续研究,具有非常重要的作用。
