摘要:企业的人才招聘关系到了企业人力资源建设,对于整体的发展战略实施具有重要的保障,由此如何利用互联网+时代的优势建立全新的企业人才招聘机制,推动企业人才建设成为了热门话题。当前,部分企业开始认识到互联网+时代带来的企业发展机遇,开始积极的利用互联网平台开展企业人才招聘活动,但是整个招聘的过程中,部分企业不能够掌握互联网+时代的特点,在招聘原则、招聘标准、招聘流程等方面出现了一系列的问题。希望通过本文的研究能够对当前的互联网+时代下的企业人才招聘机制进行科学的研究,由此提升企业人才招聘效率提供重要的参考。80524
