摘 要: 为了了解在人口老龄化越来越严重的情况下，上海市老年人对家庭养老，社区养老和机构养老三种养老方式的选择意愿,并分析其影响因素。本文从养老模式现状讲起，分别分析了居家养老，社区养老和机构养老各自的优缺点。也从两个方面个人因素和环境因素来分析它们对老年人养老模式选择的影响。从调查问卷得到的数据分析其在不同条件下选择其养老方式的原因，并结合原因给出建议。80745

The Choice of Old - age Care Model for the Elderly in Shanghai and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract: (A) To understand the willingness of the elderly in Shanghai to choose the three

old-age ways for family pension, community pension and old-age pension, and to analyze the influencing factors for the Shanghai municipal government to provide reference for the old-age pension policy。 The results of the sampling method, the self-designed questionnaire on the eight districts of Shanghai, 300 permanent residents in the implementation of the survey (results) in the frail lack of self-care ability to pretend, 79。3% of the elderly choose the family pension, 20。7% The factors such as age, marital status, educational level, monthly income, residence status, number of children and the number of chronic diseases were affected by the choice of old-age pension。 By multivariate analysis, age, educational level, monthly income and (The conclusion is that the family pension is still the main choice of the old-age model of the elderly in Shanghai, the institutional pension, community pension needs have increased and the community to support the development of the family pension。
