农民工社会保障问题研究江苏省连云港市为例
摘要改革开放以来，随着我国城乡二元壁垒的松动，农民不断走出农村，到城市就业，农民工群体规模不断的扩大。农民工既不同于传统农民，也不同于城镇居
民，成了社会的边缘人物，但是他们已成为产业工人的重要组成部分，起着至关重要的作用，为我国经济做出了巨大的贡献。但由于种种原因，农民工没有被城市所接纳，没有享受公平的待遇，没有得到合法的社会保障，社会矛盾越来越多，本文试图在总结学术界对农民工社会保障问题研究成果的基础上，选取连云港市农民工作为研究对象，对连云港市农民工的社会保障情况有一个清楚的认识，发现其中存在的问题，通过对此问题的研究，可以深入了解农民工在基本养老和基本医疗、失业、工伤、生育方面的保障情况以及社会福利和社会救助方面情况，提出解决农民工社会保障中存在的问题的对策，从而解决农民工的社会保障问题。81153

Abstract Since reform and opening, with the loosening of the urban and rural barriers, farmers constantly out of the countryside to the cities to seek employment continued to expand the scale of migrant workers。 Migrant workers is different from the traditional farmers, but also from urban residents, the community has become marginal figures, but they have become an important part of industrial workers in China's modernization drive, there are migrant workers play a crucial role for China's economy has made tremendous contributions。 But for various reasons, migrant workers has not been accepted by the city, did not enjoy fair treatment, not a legitimate social security, social conflicts more and more, this paper attempts to summarize the academic research on the social security of migrant workers on the basis of select Lianyungang farmers work for the study, the social security situation in Lianyungang migrant workers have a clear understanding of the problems found by the study on this issue, you can understand migrant workers in the basic pension and basic medical care, unemployment, work injury, maternity protection aspects of the case, by combining theory with practice and propose solutions to the social security of migrant workers in the problems of countermeasures to solve the problem of social security of migrant workers。
