摘 要：西津渡古街区作为一片有着丰富文化内涵、市场价值的历史文化街区，是镇江历史文化名城的“文脉”所在。近年来在西津渡古街区的商用开发以及历史文化保护的要求矛盾日渐突出。笔者从西津渡古街区合理有效开发的前提、条件入手阐述了开发西津渡的历史文化特色、市场价值的重要性和古街区原真保护的必要性的同时也提出了开发与保护的可持续发展传承保护等研究对策。81543
