摘要：城市公园和绿地是城市居民休憩和回归自然的重要场所之一。在现实生活中，大中型综合公园常因人满为患、路途不便而难以被居民方便地使用，“袖珍公园”应时而生，成为了满足高密度城市中居民休憩需求的重要解决之道。81969

    本论文选取上海市袖珍公园的设施及管理等方面为研究方向，通过上海市内袖珍公园的实地调研和问卷考察，分析近年来袖珍公园建设管理中出现的问题，并提出改进建议。

    在调查研究中发现，上海市袖珍公园存在公园内服务设施的维护与利用程度不高、各个公园内的服务设施形式单一、服务管理性设施指示性不强等问题。论文从使用者角度出发，结合了经营管理者的意见，提出相应的解决对策。通过提出加强公园的经营管理、提高公园服务设施设计与改造中的公共参与性、完善服务设施，创造多样化空间等多方面实质性建议，为今后公园服务设施的建设与改造提供可行的借鉴。

Construction Management Research and Application of Pocket Parks in Shanghai

Abstract:The city park is an important place for urban residents to rest and return to nature。In real life,large and medium-sized parks are often difficult for residents to use because of the road and overcrowding。Then,"Pocket park" disappeared,and has become an important solution to meet the needs of city residents in the high-density city。

This paper chooses the facilities and management of pocket parks in Shanghai as the research direction。Through the field trip and questionnaire survey of pocket parks in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction and management of pocket parks in recent years,and put forward new ideas。

Survey found that there are some problems in Shanghai pocket parks,such as the maintenance and utilization of service facilities in the park is not high,the form of service facilities in each park are single,the indicative of the service management facilities are not strong and so on。In view of these problems,from the user point of view,combined with the views of managers and operators to consider,put forward the corresponding solutions。It can provide feasible reference for the construction and renovation of park service facilities in the future by strengthen the management of the park,improving public participation,improve service facilities to create a variety of space and many aspects of substantive recommendations for the future construction and transformation of park facilities to provide a viable reference。
