摘要:论文围绕调查新生代员工的加班现象及加班对新生代员工的工作-家庭冲突的影响展开,通过文献分析法,透析新生代员工,加班,工作-家庭冲突这三者的概念以及彼此的联系;通过深入访谈法,了解新生代员工目前的工作以及加班状况,探索加班引发工作-家庭冲突的作用机理;通过问卷调查,整合数据,实证检验加班对新生代工作-家庭冲突的影响, 最后,找出解决这一问题相应的管理方式以及应对策略。研究发现加班对于新生代员工工作家庭冲突的影响十分显著,特别是当出现无偿加班即没有加班费的情况之下,加班极易引起工作与家庭之间的矛盾。针对研究结果提出以下缓解工作-家庭冲突的策略,包括企业管理策略以及个人缓解策略。82302

the influence of overtime working on the work - family conflict of new generation employees
Abstract: The paper focuses on investigating the overtime work of the new generation of employees and the impact of overtime work in the new generation of employees and the conflict of the family。 This paper analyzes the concept and relationship between the overtime work, the work and the family conflict of the new generation through the literature analysis method。 Through in-depth interviews on the current working conditions of the new generation of employees and the overtime working situation, this paper explores the mechanism of work and family conflict caused by overtime work。 And combining with the data through the empirical test, this paper then tests the overtime work in conflict of work and family of the new generation through the questionnaire survey。 Finally, the author finds the solution to this problem and give out the corresponding coping strategies。 This study founds it totally significant that overtime work, especially in the absence of overtime pay, can easily lead to conflicts of work and family。 In view of the research results, the author puts forward the following strategies to alleviate the conflict between overtime work and family, including enterprise management strategy and personal relief strategy。
