摘要近年来,随着我国工业化进程的发展,钢铁工业发展迅速,钢铁冶炼产生的污染 问题日益突出,尤其是钢铁厂烧结产生的氮氧化物(NOx)会引发酸雨、光化学烟雾 等严重环境问题,NOx 的减排已经成为每个钢铁企业必须面临的问题。由于钢铁厂烧结工艺的不同,且原料的成分和配比存在很大的不确定性,导致烧 结烟气存在烟气流量大,烟气污染物含量多且成分复杂,烟气温度变化范围大等一系 列复杂的问题,单纯地靠烧结工艺参数的调整很难实现烧结烟气 NOx 的控制,且投 入成本会大大增加。因此,烧结末端 NOx 的脱除显得尤为重要。本文根据烧结工艺 和烧结烟气的特点,通过除尘设备末端添加烟气脱硝设备来实现烧结烟气的脱硝处 理,并对烟气脱硝的催化剂进行性能测试。84436

实验中,催化剂的脱硝效率随催化剂 V2O5 负载量和反应温度的增加而增大,V2O5 负 载 量 达 3% 、 反 应 温 度 达 350 ℃ 左 右 时 催 化 剂 的 脱 硝 效 率 达 到 最 大 值 ; 当 n(NH3)/n(NO2)比小于 2 时催化剂的脱硝效率随 n(NH3)/n(NO2)比的增加而增加,当 n(NH3)/n(NO2)比大于 2。2 时,随着 n(NH3)/n(NO2)比的增加,催化剂的脱硝效率无明 显变化。

实验表明,当反应温度为 350℃、V2O5 负载量为 3%以及 n(NH3)/n(NO)比为 1:1时,可以得到最佳的催化剂脱硝性能。

Abstract For the past few years,with the development of China's industrialization process,the iron and steel industry develops rapidly。The iron and steel smelting pollution problems generated by increasingly prominent。Especially nitrogen oxides (Nox) produced by steel plant sintering can cause serious environmental problems as acid rain,photochemical smog, etc。Nox emission reduction has become an issue for each steel enterprises must face。

Due to the uncertainty of steel plant sintering process, ingredients and proportions is big,the flue gas is flowing, complicated, multi-pollutant content and the range of flue gas temperature changes is wide。It is difficult to achieve the control of the sintering flue gas Nox simply by adjusting the parameters of the sintering process and the cost of inputs will greatly increase。Therefore,the sintered end Nox removal is  particularly important。According to the characteristics of the sintering process and sintering flue gas add flue gas denitration equipment dust removal equipment by the end of the sintering process to achieve flue gas denitrification and testing flue gas denitration catalyst performance。

In experiment ,catalyst the efficiency of the catalyst denitration was then decreased trend  with  the  increasing  of  V2O5    loading  and  the  reaction  temperature。The   catalyst

denitration efficiency reaches a maximum when V2O5 loading at 3% and The reaction temperature of is about 350 ℃。When n (NH3) / n (NO2) ratio is less than 2 ,the denitration efficiency of catalyst increases with n (NH3) / n (NO2) ratio increases。When n (NH3) / n

(NO2) ratio is more than 2。2, the denitration efficiency of catalyst was  no significant change。

Experimental  results  show  when  the  reaction  temperature  is   350    ℃,calcination

temperature is 500 ℃,V2O5 loading was 3% and n (NH3) / n (NO) ratio is 1: 1,you can get the best performance of the denitration catalyst。
