Abstract Tetrazole and its derivatives attracted people's attention in many fields。This experiment mainly is the preparation of Tetraphenylethylene, again with Tetraphenylethylene to explore the synthesis of tetrazole derivatives。 We characterize the structures of two compounds by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance。In the process of preparation, the reaction mechanism was explored, and the characteristics of the product obtained by deep mining were also studied。
Firstly, we preparated of Tetraphenylethylene using Benzophenone and titaniumtetrachloride in catalyzed with zinc powder。Then add in the reaction by bromine obtain 1,1,2,2-tetrakis(4-bromopheny1)ethene。First it cyano,then we obtain compound 2 by sharpless epoxidation reation。We obtain compound 4 by Suziki cross coupling reaction and Sharpless epoxidation reation。
This design promotes the discovery and preparation of new organic functional materials。And the study on the properties of this kind of compounds is promoted。At the same time, we found that it has a good fluorescence properties can be used for the preparation of MOF, can promote the development of advanced light-emitting materials。
