摘 要本课题以10万吨年产量的锌精矿沸腾焙烧车间为研究对象,对锌冶金中的精矿沸腾焙烧工艺、主体设备及车间组成进行设计。首先进行技术条件及技术经济指标的选择,为冶金计算过程打下基础。接着,结合工厂生产实践调研以及文献数据查询确定锌精矿的组成并以100kg锌精矿为计算标准,得出沸腾焙烧过程中的烟尘产出率为45。31%,焙砂产出率为54。69%,并计算分析他们的物相组成。另外对空气量、烟气量及其物相组成进行计算。随后,总结沸腾焙烧的物料平衡、热平衡,并得出本次设计的主要经济技术指标脱硫率为94。83%,锌精矿烧成率为85。76%,可溶锌率为93。82%。87389
在完成冶金计算和技术经济指标的基础之上,进行主体设备尺寸的计算,设计出炉床面积为108m3的鲁奇式锌精矿沸腾焙烧炉,并对相关的辅助设备进行选择计算。最后对车间配置和工艺流程进行设计,绘制主体设备图、工艺流程图以及车间配置图。
