摘 要随着工业的快速发展,水污染形势愈发严峻。目前国内常用的废水降解法有直接氧化法、光催化法、生物降解法等,而丁凤等人提出用热敏催化降解法处理有机工业废水,通过高温固相合成热敏催化剂CuMn2O4/NiMn2O4在近常温下催化亚甲基蓝模拟有机污染物,发现降解效果较好,并提出羟基自由基降解有机物的机理。故本文选择SBA-15作为模板合成介孔类复合金属氧化物作为热敏催化剂降解亚甲基蓝等三种染料,希望通过实验结果探究以下三点:1。如果使用比表面积更大的介孔材料作热敏催化剂降解染料效果如何;2。测试热敏催化剂能否降解除亚甲基蓝外的其它染料;3。验证丁凤,罗学刚等人提出的热敏催化降解机理是否正确。而实验结果表明:在60°C,染料底物浓度为25ppm,催化剂用量为0。3g的条件下,经过18h热催化降解过程,亚甲基蓝溶液确实发生降解,但其他染料无明显降解现象,由此说明热敏降解机理很可能不是羟基自由基机理。88896
With the rapid development of industry, the situation of water pollution is becoming more and more serious 。At present, the wastewater degradation methods commonly used in China are as follows: direct oxidation method, photocatalysis method and biodegradation method。 Ding Feng et al。 Proposed the treatment of organic industrial wastewater by heat-sensitive catalytic degradation。 CuMn2O4 / NiMn2O4 synthesized by high temperature calcination, considered as thermal catalyst。The thermocatalytic degradation behavior for methylene blue ( MB) was investigated at near room temperature,and the degradation effect was found to be good, and the mechanism of hydroxyl radical degradation was put forward。 Therefore, we selected SBA-15 as template synthesis of mesoporous composite metal oxide as a thermal catalyst to degrade methylene blue and other three dyes, hope that through the experimental results to explore the following three points: 1。If the use of larger surface area of the mesoporous material for heat Sensitive catalyst to reduce the effect of dye; 2。Test whether the thermal catalyst can reduce other dyes other than methylene blue; 3。Verify the mechanism of thermal catalytic degradation proposed by Ding Feng, is correct。 The experimental results show that the methylene blue solution does not degrade under the condition of 60°C, the concentration of dye substrate is 25ppm and the amount of catalyst is 0。3g, but the other dye has no obvious degradation effect after 18h thermal catalytic degradation。 The mechanism of thermal degradation is probably not a mechanism of hydroxyl radicals。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766
