摘要聚乳酸(Polylactide,简称PLA)微球,指的是聚乳酸以微球形式存在,形貌可以是多种多样的,包括实心、空心、多孔、哑铃型、洋葱型等。相比于实心微球,聚乳酸多孔微球由于其内部具有空腔结构而兼具有低密度,高比表面积,以及容纳其他客体分子等特性,因此在电子、涂料、分离、催化和生物医药等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
聚乳酸多孔微球的制备方法不一而足,本文主要采用“复乳—溶剂挥发法”制备聚乳酸多孔微球,以聚乳酸原生粒料为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,一定浓度的阿拉伯胶水溶液为分散体系,于三口烧瓶中采用传统机械搅拌分散制备具有微孔结构的聚乳酸微球。实验中通过改变搅拌转速、聚乳酸浓度、保护胶(阿拉伯胶)浓度、温度等因素,研究其对聚乳酸成球质量,球径大小以及微孔结构的影响,通过高倍显微镜的表征及后期对比分析,得到制备聚乳酸多孔微球的最佳工艺条件。28493

Title The research for controlling the structure of PLA microspheres
Abstract
Polylactic acid (PLA) microsphere refers to polylactide in the form of microsphere, the morphology can be varied, including solid, hollow, porous, dumbbell-shaped, onion type and so on. Compared to solid microspheres, porous microspheres of polyl- actic acid have a low density, high specific surface area, as well as accommodating other guest molecules and other characteristics, due to its internal cativy struct- ure. And therefore it has broad application in the electronics, paint, separation, catalytic and biomedical and other fields.
There are a variety of methods for preparing porous microsphere of PLA,"double emulsion¬-solvent evaporation method"is mainly used in this article. Elect- ing pure polylactic acid pellets as raw material, methylene chloride as the solven- t, and a certain concentration of gum arabic solution as dispersion, porous micros- here of PLA is prepared under the traditional mechanical mixing and dispersing in three-necked flask. By changing the mixing speed, the concentration of PLA, the concentration of the protection of gum (acacia), the temperature and other factors, the experiments are researching the effects on balling quality, the ball diameter size and the cellular structure. In this way, we can find the optimum conditions for preparing porous microspheres of PLA through post-characterization and comparative analysis.
